1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all services provided at Faces by Michelle in Zurich.
By booking an appointment via the website, by phone, email, or social media, clients agree to these terms.

2. Appointments and Bookings
Appointments can be made online via Wix Bookings, by email, or through Instagram.
Each booking is binding. After scheduling an appointment, clients will receive a confirmation by email or message.

3. Deposit
A deposit of CHF 30 is required for all treatments.
The deposit will be credited toward the total treatment price.
If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or in the case of a no-show, the deposit will be retained.
For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, the deposit will be credited or can be used for a future appointment.

4. Cancellations and Delays
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
For late cancellations or no-shows, 50% of the treatment price will be charged, or the deposit will be retained.
In the event of a significant delay (more than 15 minutes), the appointment may be shortened or canceled to avoid inconveniencing subsequent clients. In such cases, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation.

5. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and apply per treatment.
Prices are subject to change and will be updated on the website in advance.
Payment is due in cash or via TWINT immediately after the treatment.

6. Gift Vouchers and Promotions
Gift vouchers are transferable but cannot be exchanged for cash.
Promotional prices and special offers are valid only during the specified period and cannot be combined with other discounts.

7. Liability and Skin Compatibility
All treatments are carried out with the utmost care and professionalism.
Faces by Michelle assumes no liability for allergic reactions or intolerances that may occur after a treatment.
Clients are responsible for informing the studio in advance about any allergies, skin sensitivities, or health conditions that may affect the treatment.

8. Data Protection
The collection and processing of personal data are carried out in accordance with the privacy policy published on the website.
Personal data is treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Amendments to the Terms
Faces by Michelle reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The version published on the website at the time of booking shall apply.

10. Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
